Bobcat’s Willow Creek Rips Off Exists

Entertainment Weekly reported yesterday an exclusive update on Bobcat Goldthwait’s Willow Creek:

The bigfoot legend gets a found footage twist in the new horror movie Willow Creek. Directed by comedian-turned-filmmaker Bobcat Goldthwait — who has described it as “The Blair-Squatch Project” – the movie stars Bryce Johnson (Pretty Little Liars) as a bigfoot believer who heads deep into California’s Six Rivers National Forest on a quest to record the mythical beast. He’s also accompanied by his reluctant girlfriend, played by Alexie Gilmore.

Willow Creek debuts in theaters and on VOD June 6, but you can exclusively check out the film’s new poster above — and the new trailer below.

Notice the tagline on the movie poster above?

“Existing Soon”

It wasn’t bad enough that Bobcat was calling his film “The Blair-Squatch Project”?

I pointed out the new poster to Exists director Eduardo Sanchez when I saw it last night.

His response? Well here is his tweet about it:

eswtf

He wasn’t happy in his response to me either…
