Biscardi Update

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on November 20th, 2005

Reading the latest entries last month on the Bigfoot Sightings blog, it seems like Biscardi wore out his welcome in Happy Camp, CA. To most in the Bigfoot field, this comes as no suprise.

Looking at the website for his videostreaming project, it appears that a “new” videostreaming project started on November 18th. The project that was taking place in Happy Camp was scheduled to run through November 6. The last “excursion” was $19.95 for a week, or $59.95 for a 90 day subscription. This new “excursion” is “only” $6.95 for a month, or $69.95 for a whole year. Sounds like a bargain at twice the price.

I mean, with incredible evidence such as this or this or even this, why wouldn’t you be willing to fork over your hard-earned cash to get the latest from Mr. Biscardi?

Anybody know where the new “excursion” is taking place?

I followed what is now referred to as “Biscardigate” very closely. I really did hope he had a bigfoot, even though I could tell he was lying. Did he ever pay back the people that George Noory told him to, that had subscribed believing that he had a captured bigfoot? I would like to know because I doubt it. I suppose if people are still stupid enough to pay him money after what happened they deserve what they get. I would hope not many are paying him though. He is someone that needs to fade into obscurity.

  2. MrX responds:

The question is, where is “Greg Long” when he is really needed to expose this type of fraud..?!! 😉

  3. Kalashnikovnik responds:

Wow….those are some excellent photographs. i’m convinced. yep i hearby proclaim the bigfoot mystery – SOLVED.
Gigantopithecus canadensis is in fact a relic population of “King Kong Lives” ape costume/muppet hybrids that roam the pacific northwest to this very day.

they are descended from the specimens that escaped into the forest during the testing phase of “Project: Snow Goose” which was Jim Henson Studio’s top secret Pentagon sponsored plan to develop a secret weapon that would defeat the Soviets.

hey…. it’s just about as believable as those photos.

every time i look at or someone shows me those biscardi.marx pictures i either laugh or get ill.i get ill that people still give them any weight other than the “so that is what a hoax is” reaction.i have to laugh that marx and biscardi are either arrogant or ignorant enough to think thay can use the same costume and worse the same stupid head for 2 or 3 decades and no one will get it.their only attempt to change the costume is to add a length of fire hose between the legs to show male genatallia. i mean come on world do you really have to be riped off to get it? apparently so. the uproar of this thing we call biscardi gate finally woke some people up. even tara and company in happy camp got it.well as ol pt barnum said one is born every minute.apparantly enough minutes for biscardi to laugh all the way to the bank.heck he is a bigfoot researcher with years of experience. why shouldnt we believe him.i gotta say it was like watching a train wreck.at least this one didnt harm anything but a bank account or two.

I listened to a program which featured Biscari this past Thursday, called “Ask Darryl” radio, and he was full of the same BS and self-promotion he always was. He made it seem like he was the only active investigator out there, and therefore, the only “expert”. He made it seem like he was the only one who started investigating Bigfoot years ago. Never mind John Green, Rene Dahinden, Peter Byrne, Bob Titmus or Roger Patterson! He called Patterson his “predecessor” but didn’t mention the P/G film, only his own film of “Bigfoot”, which was actually taken by IVAN MARX! This guy was taking credit for just about every major find that has taken place in the last 20-25 years. He calls other investigators, anthropologists and scientists “bottom-feeders”. This guy is an absolute egomaniac. If you’d like to hear this travesty of a show, it’s here.

  6. BBatts66 responds:

I knew Biscardi would be making a comeback of sorts. Early indications of the Darryl interview show this guy as a pro-Biscardi backer. I don’t anticipate any tough questions. What confuses me is why Biscardi is popping up on all these shows. I’m hearing the Howard Stern show is next, or maybe it already happened. Doesn’t anyone do their homework before booking a guest??

  7. Loren Coleman responds:

It really is sad that due credit by hosts for some of the world’s greatest living Bigfoot hunters – like Rick Noll, John Green, Craig Woolheater, Jeff Meldrum, Henner Fahrenbach, Connie Cameron, Bob Morgan, Scott Herriott, and others – can’t be given, and the Biscardi crew be forgotten about. But such is the in-fighting that continues to cripple popular Bigfoot quests.

  8. mrbf2006 responds:

One thing I noticed about the interview was that the controversy from August was not discussed or even considered for discussion. It’s obvious that the host was biased towards Biscardi and against any other Bigfoot investigator. Loren, I certainly hope you’ll do an updating on Biscardi’s activities on a regular basis. It can be educational to those who may be swayed by Biscardi’s BS. There were a few young men on the radio show who seemed to be swayed by Biscardi and one of them was Bobby Clarke, who may indeed have filmed a Bigfoot last April up in Manitoba, but it’s still too blurry to tell anything about it. Another was Sean Fries, who I consider a solid investigator, but he needs to pick his allies more carefully.

  9. BBatts66 responds:

I had a chance to listen to the entire Tom Biscardi interview on the “Ask Darryl Show,” oh my god, what a joke. This guy Darryl, was obviously in Tom’s corner, and not one time did he ask him any pressing questions regarding C2C, Happy Camp, or his differences with Loren. This wasn’t an interview, it was more like an infomercial. What disturbed me was hearing Bobby Clark on the show with Tom. I heard some good things about Bobby leading up to the Current Affair video, but after hearing him during the interview with Biscardi, his credibility with me has gone down the toilet. Ray Crowe appeared on the show too, and now there is no way I can take him seriously. The funniest thing during the whole segment was when Darryl called Tom an “American Bigfoot Folk Lore Hero,” that should tell you all you need to know about the host’s knowledge about Bigfoot…

  10. mrbf2006 responds:

Actually, Ray Crowe did not show up on the show. I think Biscardi probably got poor Ray mixed up in all this. Ray tolerates all points of view, even if he doesn’t agree with them. I do not believe he is taken in by this con artist though. I think he sees that Biscardi is a BS artist. I happen to know Ray, and I don’t think he is taken in by Biscardi.

  11. CryptoInformant responds:

Hey! I have an idea, why doesn’t Loren Coleman make a weekly blog called the “Biscardi BS of the Week”! lol

Seriously, Biscardi makes honest researchers like Craig Woolheater look like just more frauds. Biscardi should be either sued or arrested for fraud.
