Bluff Creek Bigfoot Footprint Casts

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on November 18th, 2013

Jeff Meldrum shared the following photos on Facebook.

Just received some interesting information from William G. Heideman, who shared some of his experiences in the Bluff Creek, CA area during the summer of 1963, 50 years ago!

A group of casts from that period was photographed at the home of Betty Allen of Willow Creek, CA, 10 July 1963. The tracks in casts 1 and 3 (L-R) were in the sandbar and water action had distorted the toes. Cast 4 is the last remaining cast from that collection, pictured in the next photo. Cast 5 was taken at a logging landing above the Creek.

I am just passing these along as a historical footnote (pun intended) — not endorsing them at his point. They are obviously not the most animated examples of tracks. The Wallaces’ claims of planting tracks for decades throughout the northwest are vacuous, but that’s another discussion.

Mke denied any involvement with the PGF — until it got them back on TV and they all sat there on camera and lied through their teeth — 5′ 2″ Mrs. Wallace coyly admitting it was her in the costume. She was in a costume on other occassions — we have the films showing that. Show me one set of prints the Wallaces made? Why won’t they let me examine their carved feet?

Those look more like the barefoot-shaped gas pedals we used to put on hotrods more than Bigfoot prints. My 12 year-old daughter could make better ones!

Now wait a minute… I thought Bob Hironimus was in the costume?
    What a bunch of losers.

Sorry. Comments have been closed.
