C. Thomas Howell to Lead Bigfoot Wars

Origin Releasing is proud to announce the principal cast for its in-production feature film BIGFOOT WARS! The film – based on the series of best-selling Bigfoot War books by Eric S. Brown – tells the story of a small town that becomes the focal point of a brutal clash between man and a legendary beast.

Joining the cast are C. Thomas Howell (The Outsiders, “Criminal Minds,” The Amazing Spider-Man), Danny Boaz (Anna Nicole, Supernatural Activity), Juli Erickson (Pawn Shop Chronicles, Bernie), Frederic Doss (Transformers, GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra), Holt Boggs (The Prodigy, The Cursed), Elyse Bigler (Varsity Blood), Taylor Weaver (Littleman), Jackey Hall (Chrome Angels, Biohazard: Patient Zero), Mindy Raymond (DC Universe Online), Carl Savering (Heebie Jeebies), Billy Blair (Machete, Sin City: A Dame To Kill For), and Larry Jack Dotson (Bernie, Humans Versus Zombies) as well as Monica Harmse, Chandler Allen, and Audrey Ellis Fox.

Brian Jaynes (Humans Versus Zombies, Boggy Creek) is directing from a script by Andrea Doss, Frederic Doss, and Jacob Mauldin. Edgen Films and D Zone Films are producing.

Cameras begin rolling mid-August, and the film is set for an early 2014 premiere.

    No mention of perhaps C. Thomas Howell’s most well-known role in RED DAWN? Someone didn’t go far enough back in the ImDb!
