Mothman Tour Cancelled; Take Photo Quiz

Posted by: Loren Coleman on June 9th, 2007

The company, Haunted Heartland Tours, has cancelled their Mothman Prophecy Tour, scheduled for June 9-10, 2007. No reason is given for the cancellation. Perhaps there were not enough registrations? Or, hopefully, there’s not a sinister event behind the cancellation. Of course, since it was a “prophecy” event, they must have known this was going to happen.

Meanwhile, since the tour is postponed, how about a quick photo quiz? Here’s a photograph of a triad of writers, two of whom, at least, have written on the subject of Mothman.

Can you identify all three?

John Keel Loren Coleman

The photograph was taken in January 1994.

Don’t know who the first guy is…john keel and Loren…my mothman-ology is not what it could be. 🙂

  2. springheeledjack responds:

However, that does sound like a fun tour…I’m not toooo far from Ohio…

  3. Tom Barry responds:

Its a trick question. There are only two writers in the photo.
    Tom Barry

  4. Loren Coleman responds:

The Tom Barry response is incorrect. All three are writers.

  5. ithilien responds:

Sorry to announce that Mr. Keel has canceled his appearance at the Penn State Paranormal conference this weekend due to health issues.

What a disappointment not to get the opportunity to meet and hear him speak. He’s been involved in research since the research began.

I wish him all the best and a speedy recovery. Just have to curl up by the fire this weekend and reread the Mothman Prophesies.

Sorry. Comments have been closed.
