The AIMS team travel to Raleigh County, West Virginia, to investigate a killer bear-canine hybrid called the “Red-Eyed Bear Beast.” The team tracks the creature across treacherous terrain and rivers and attempts to capture it inside of a caldron trap.

In this Friday’s all-new episode, a killer on the loose in the hills of Raleigh County is mutilating the local population of black bear, West Virginia’s state animal. No one is more upset about it than AIMS’ own Wild Bill, who is also known to some as “Bear Bill.” Reports of a 1200-pound creature with the body of a huge grizzly, the head of a canine, and glowing red eyes have reached the Appalachian Investigators of Mysterious Sightings team. As avid bear-hunters who firmly support the conservation of local bear populations, they are taking it personally. Emotions run high when Bill takes off to find the beast on his own, threatening both his team and his standing with them. Pressing on, the AIMS crew sets a gigantic caldron trap in the heart of this predator’s territory and, in the midst of a rainstorm, tracks this butchering beast over treacherous terrain and across rising rivers as the chase culminates in an ultimate backwoods showdown.
