I was born in New Jersey and lived there for 35 years, right through the fifties, sixties and seventies. I never heard of anyone seeing or reporting Bigfoot sightings. Aside from the suburban legend Jersey Devil and the urban legend Oily Oliver, not much crypto-news came out of New Jersey if any dealing with Bigfoot. “Big Red Eye”…never heard of it and I lived in Northern N.J. all that time. It must have been really local small potatoes. We camped in that area of Kitatinny and nearby Stokes State Forest. Somebody’s 15 minutes of fame happening here. Bobcat Goldthwait is from Syracuse, NY which is closer to Canada and has little to do with New Jersey.

Now, strange things happening around Wanque Reservoir during that time I heard about and even went there see what all the fuss was about. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any strange things on the ground or in the air then.

Yo! Finding Bigfoot editors; What the heck were those potato chips flying around the air in the re-enactment segment? Just the fake film scratch-lines would have sufficed. Keith Hoffman are you listening? That was pretty annoying…Other than that, I enjoyed the show somewhat…but as ever, the town hall and testimony’s were the best part. The night investigations are so dull.

  3. Goodfoot responds:

New Jersey? I have to question their taste in living accomodations.
