Lizard Man Festival, June 8-10

Posted by: Lyle Blackburn on May 23rd, 2018

I’ll be doing a presentation and book signing at the upcoming Lizard Man Festival in Bishopville, South Carolina. It’s a new cryptid event debuting this year! June 8-10.  I’ll talk about the history of this small town cryptid case and discuss the various theories based on the research I did for my 2013 book, “Lizard Man: The True Story of the Bishopville Monster.”

That would be cool . . . if I lived anywhere close. Good to see more of this kind of thing popping up, though!

If nothing else, I think there are more people getting into cryptids and the current cryptid community works hard to try to get this kind of stuff into the mainstream. All good.
