Meanwhile, in India…

Srinagar, June 6: A six-year-old boy was killed and another person was injured in attacks by wild animals in separate incidents in Baramulla district, India, police said today, June 6, 2009.

Shafqat (6) was killed by a leopard at village Vassan-Tairpora, 60 kms from here, last evening, June 5, they said.

In a separate incident, a villager identified as Mohammad Yousuf (55) was attacked by a bear while he was working in his fields at Khodalan-Nowshera, 100 kms from here, yesterday, June 5, the police said.

Yousuf, who was critically injured in the attack, was shifted to GMC hospital for treatment. PTI Indopia, June 6, 2009.

Loren Coleman is one of the world’s leading cryptozoologists, some say “the” leading living cryptozoologist. Certainly, he is acknowledged as the current living American researcher and writer who has most popularized cryptozoology in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. He returned as an infrequent contributor beginning Halloween week of 2015. Coleman is the founder in 2003, and current director of the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine.
