What were a couple of Raccoon Dogs – native to East Asia – doing running around the wilds of mid-Wales? Beats me!
But, they really were – at least up until a couple of days ago when Britain’s RSPCA, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, finally snared them in a barn near Brecon.
