A question was asked of Jeff Meldrum regarding a statement made on the most recent episode of Finding Bigfoot: Super Yooper Sasquatch.
Q: Dr. Meldrum did you hear about the statement Matt Moneymaker made on finding Bigfoot. He said in a matter of fact that bigfeet (his word) have Bio luminescence as he called it and that they use this Bio luminescence to signal to each other and say hi and see if its another Bigfoot they are walking up on.
A: By coincidence I was watching that episode while visiting in-laws (I don’t have cable and rarely see FB). Matt has been know to make similar authoritative statements as if these were well documented facts. That is his interpretation of his own, and presumably others’ observation. Really no biology to support it. It would be like shining a flashlight in your eyes point blank at night. Wouldn’t be a very efficient way to signal and of no value to assist with vision at night.
