“I love having a context of a certain period of time in which to tell a story.” ~ Frank Darabont.
With regard to the alleged Bigfoot prints found in the Bridgewater Triangle/Hockomock Swamp in July 2009, noted first here, the following videos are related to the ongoing investigation and their context in which these examinations are being made.
First, mention is to be made of the fact that Jeff Belanger and Matt Moniz had Jason Lorefice, the man who discovered the prints, on “30 Odd Minutes” their local radio show, this week. For more details on that media appearance of the footcast maker, see here.
“All finite things have their roots in the infinite, and if you wish to understand life at all, you cannot tear out its context.” ~ W. MacNeile Dixon
“Context and memory play powerful roles in all the truly great meals in one’s life.” ~ Anthony Bourdain.
About Loren Coleman
Loren Coleman is one of the world’s leading cryptozoologists, some say “the” leading living cryptozoologist. Certainly, he is acknowledged as the current living American researcher and writer who has most popularized cryptozoology in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
Starting his fieldwork and investigations in 1960, after traveling and trekking extensively in pursuit of cryptozoological mysteries, Coleman began writing to share his experiences in 1969. An honorary member of Ivan T. Sanderson’s Society for the Investigation of the Unexplained in the 1970s, Coleman has been bestowed with similar honorary memberships of the North Idaho College Cryptozoology Club in 1983, and in subsequent years, that of the British Columbia Scientific Cryptozoology Club, CryptoSafari International, and other international organizations. He was also a Life Member and Benefactor of the International Society of Cryptozoology (now-defunct).
Loren Coleman’s daily blog, as a member of the Cryptomundo Team, served as an ongoing avenue of communication for the ever-growing body of cryptozoo news from 2005 through 2013. He returned as an infrequent contributor beginning Halloween week of 2015.
Coleman is the founder in 2003, and current director of the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine.
My first reaction is the print is a possible hoax. The toes from the cast don’t appear large enough or strong enough to do what the species can do. I don’t see any indication of the double ball either in the cast or in the photo. Granted the ground is very hard and it may be missing due to that factor.
This is an opinion on my part and represents my experience to date. My best,
I agree w. airforce47; the prints look a little too stylized to me.
