Sasquatch! Music Festival 2007
Posted by: Craig Woolheater on May 8th, 2007
Sasquatch! Music Festival ’07 takes place Memorial Day Weekend at the Gorge Amphitheatre located in George, Washington.
The 2 day music festival lineup includes Bjork, Neko Case, Bad Brains, The Dandy Warhols and The Beastie Boys.
There are three stages for the bands to perform at. Other than the Main Stage, there is also the Wookie Stage and the Yeti Stage.
Pretty cool name for a music festival, if I do say so myself. Plus it’s hosted by Sarah Silverman. 🙂

Ordered my VIP tickets some time ago. I’ll be sure to report back any Sasquatch sightings 🙂
I’m also taking a daytrip up to BC for some spelunking. If I’m really lucky, I’ll see some Sas up there as well.
The band I’m in, 12 Cents for Marvin (www.12cents.com) just opened for H.R. in Denver. H.R. is an original member of Bad Brains. If I’d known this fest was coming up, I would have talked Big Foot stuff with that ol’ Rasta.
hey craig & everyone wow this sounds like a very interesting sasquatch festival. thanks bill 🙂
Don’t forget about the band Citizen Cope! All the music at this festival looks very unique and I’m sure the crowd who attends will probably be about a 40% believer rate in Sasquatch. Wish I could be there!
I would go if they weren’t such tightwads (moderator edit) about paying them for every little thing they could possibly think of. You basically have to enter naked, pay for their clothes, their food, your rent, your parking spot, and to be a member of their little annual club. Maybe a little exaggeration there, but it still hurts in the wallet.
