Ask EB Some Hard Questions
Posted by: Loren Coleman on March 19th, 2007
Remember the rumors about Erik Beckjord having cancer, and then some strange messages that he’s recovered? Was it all a plot to see how his critics would react? Surprise. None of us acted like he has regarding the misfortunes of others.
So, still alive, on March 19, 2007, tonight, Erik Beckjord is appearing on Steve Kulls’ Squatchdetective Radio. The show’s guest is self-proclaimed genuis Erik Beckjord. Calling this show, “Take a Walk on the Wild Side Part II,” they are promoting the program by saying:
It should come to [sic] no surprise, that some pretty amazing things he says are bound to get people thinking, irate or laugh. Bound to be another classic, as our first show with him was the highest rated show to date! Again Steve Kulls, will do his best to keep at bay Bigfootings’ “Bad-boy.”Sasquatchdetective Radio
Well, Howard Stern’s show gets high ratings too.
The program is tonight at 9 PM Eastern, exclusively on Blog Talk Radio. Go to http://squatchdetective.com and click the “Listen Live” Button or go straight to http://blogtalkradio.com/thesquatchdetective
Their listener call-in-line is 347-996-5800.
For as many times as EB has made phone calls harassing me at 2 am in the morning or called in to bother me on my Coast to Coast AM and other radio appearances, I should call in. But, guess what? I won’t be doing that, as that’s just not me and I’d rather merely ignore him. I won’t be listening. However, for those that enjoy such strange forms of comedic relief, I wanted to pass along the info.
About Loren Coleman
Loren Coleman is one of the world’s leading cryptozoologists, some say “the” leading living cryptozoologist. Certainly, he is acknowledged as the current living American researcher and writer who has most popularized cryptozoology in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
Starting his fieldwork and investigations in 1960, after traveling and trekking extensively in pursuit of cryptozoological mysteries, Coleman began writing to share his experiences in 1969. An honorary member of Ivan T. Sanderson’s Society for the Investigation of the Unexplained in the 1970s, Coleman has been bestowed with similar honorary memberships of the North Idaho College Cryptozoology Club in 1983, and in subsequent years, that of the British Columbia Scientific Cryptozoology Club, CryptoSafari International, and other international organizations. He was also a Life Member and Benefactor of the International Society of Cryptozoology (now-defunct).
Loren Coleman’s daily blog, as a member of the Cryptomundo Team, served as an ongoing avenue of communication for the ever-growing body of cryptozoo news from 2005 through 2013. He returned as an infrequent contributor beginning Halloween week of 2015.
Coleman is the founder in 2003, and current director of the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine.
Yawn ….zzzzzzzzzzz
You’ll always pique the interest of people by saying ridiculous/fantastic things. The problem comes when one is forced to back up those claims.
Just take a look at the African AIDS “cure.”
Good for you Loren be the bigger person.
I admit it, I tuned in to hear what all the hubbub was about. Man, everyone was right about this guy! He’s an A-HOLE! Sorry about that Loren. You were right about getting a good laugh.
