Graham Roumieu, of course, is internationally famed for his books, Me Write Book: It Bigfoot Memoir and In Me Own Words: The Autobiography of Bigfoot.
His new addition to the collection is Bigfoot: I Not Dead, which hit bookstores on Tuesday, April 29th, 2008.
How could Roumieu have known the title would be so timely this year?
“In his eagerly anticipated follow-up to Me Write Book, Bigfoot returns from exile to share his inspiring, hilarious, and often deeply disturbing experiences as a misunderstood forest gentleman and tragic media darling. These entertaining and often grizzly stories stand not only as a testament to the greatness of the legendary man-beast, but also as a chilling cautionary tale of the downside of a life of celebrity, cannibalism, celebrity cannibalism, wanton violence, and lack of toilet training. As in Me Write Book, full-color glossy spreads depict every intimate, disgusting, and downright insane moment of Bigfoot’s life. Bigfoot: I Not Dead is an unforgettable memoir that will stay with readers long after his foul scent has dissipated.” – Penguin
Graham Roumieu, who kindly granted me permission for the above “press release,” sent along the following:
“On a mostly unrelated note, my two year old niece is convinced this thing is stalking her around the house.”
About Loren Coleman
Loren Coleman is one of the world’s leading cryptozoologists, some say “the” leading living cryptozoologist. Certainly, he is acknowledged as the current living American researcher and writer who has most popularized cryptozoology in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
Starting his fieldwork and investigations in 1960, after traveling and trekking extensively in pursuit of cryptozoological mysteries, Coleman began writing to share his experiences in 1969. An honorary member of Ivan T. Sanderson’s Society for the Investigation of the Unexplained in the 1970s, Coleman has been bestowed with similar honorary memberships of the North Idaho College Cryptozoology Club in 1983, and in subsequent years, that of the British Columbia Scientific Cryptozoology Club, CryptoSafari International, and other international organizations. He was also a Life Member and Benefactor of the International Society of Cryptozoology (now-defunct).
Loren Coleman’s daily blog, as a member of the Cryptomundo Team, served as an ongoing avenue of communication for the ever-growing body of cryptozoo news from 2005 through 2013. He returned as an infrequent contributor beginning Halloween week of 2015.
Coleman is the founder in 2003, and current director of the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine.
stellas monster sounds like a yokia or cockatrice, i would listen to her if i were you. children notice things we often don’t or won’t. been overseas or japan lately?
Roumieu’s Bigfoot books are hilarious! From Bigfoot’s little-known hatred of “that jerk” Chewbacca (Bigfoot’s words, not mine) to his wild Hollywood party days with Emilio Estevez, I can’t get enough of these crazy things.
