Big Foot conference in Jefferson
The Original Texas Big Foot Conference brings Sasquatch enthusiasts together.
People there talk about research views and theories about big foot and other creatures.
Footprint casts, statues and other items were on display for people to view and purchase. Organizers say the goal is to educate the public.
“There’s lots of people that have seen something they can’t explain and they may have tried to tell somebody about it, been laughed at or called names but they can come here and talk and tell about what they’ve seen to people that may have had something similar happen to them,” said event organizer, Craig Woolheater.
This marks the 14th years for the event. Organizers say more than two hundred people participated in the conference.
Next year’s event will be the 15th Anniversary Original Texas Bigfoot Conference and has been scheduled for the weekend of October 14-16, 2016 in Jefferson, TX.
