Cross Country Cougar
Posted by: Craig Woolheater on July 30th, 2011
It turns out that the cougar killed in Connecticut in June had traveled quite a ways.
Loren reported on this unfortunate death two days after it occurred here on Cryptomundo: Connecticut Cougar Killed
As reported on Huffington Post.
A mountain lion made a record-breaking 1,500 mile journey from South Dakota To Connecticut.
Animal experts mapped the journey with video sightings and trail-camera images.
Sadly a car hit and killed the cat in Connecticut in June this year.

Obviously mass hysteria or misidentification–it must have been just a house cat. Mountain lions don’t exist in the Northeast. Had to have been an escaped pet or:
–(fill in lame nihilistic excuse)–.
Great story but a sad ending 🙁

I’m sure they did. There are hundreds of cougars in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana & Pennsylvania alone.
So did it have one ear & one eye & a bitten off tail for positive ID?
Shows the total disrespect the “establishment” has for the intelligence of the public beyond any doubt. Hint for public consumption: WE are not wrong, WE’RE TELLING you this was the only cougar in the Eastern USA.
