Bigfoot in the Big Thicket

Listen to Brian Brown, aka “Bipto,” as he gets the scoop on the Texas Bigfoot Research Conservancy in June/July 2007 during an Operation Forest Vigil camera-trap maintenance trip in Southeast Texas.
Brian turned his field-recorded interviews from the event into a podcast entitled BIPcast 5: Bigfoot in the Big Thicket. This podcast is the fifth in a series of podcasts. The podcasts are made possible by The Bigfoot Information Project.
It is safe to say that Brian constructed an extremely accurate portrait of the event and he successfully captured the essence of the grueling field work that the TBRC is involved in.
Since the interviews were conducted last year, the TBRC has augmented and upgraded its camera trap arsenal with the addition of over a dozen Reconyx RC55 and RC60 high-speed cameras. Also, instead of the laptop computers that were in use at the time of the interviews (which were not designed for field use), the group now employs Epson P-3000 field viewers.
This BIPcast features interviews with TBRC investigators Daryl Colyer, Dr. Ken Helmer and Chris Buntenbah.

You may also want to download BIPcast 4: Sasquatch on the Oklahoma Prairie, featuring the TBRC’s Alton Higgins.
Previous shows have included conversations with anthropologist Kathy Strain, filmmaker Scott Herriott, and well-known sasquatch investigator Rick Noll. Download Sasquatch on the Oklahoma Prairie here or subscribe for free via iTunes.

Co-founder of Cryptomundo in 2005.
I have appeared in or contributed to the following TV programs, documentaries and films:
OLN's Mysterious Encounters: "Caddo Critter", Southern Fried Bigfoot, Travel Channel's Weird Travels: "Bigfoot", History Channel's MonsterQuest: "Swamp Stalker", The Wild Man of the Navidad, Destination America's Monsters and Mysteries in America: Texas Terror - Lake Worth Monster, Animal Planet's Finding Bigfoot: Return to Boggy Creek and Beast of the Bayou.
I am constantly impressed with the scientific integrity and technological resources that the TBRC brings to bear in its research into the sasquatch phenomena. They are just about as close to a real, fully operational scientific research operation as you could hope for in this field. Excellent work. I wish them the best of luck in their search.
Brian “Bipto” Brown has created some truly great things for the bigfoot/sasquatch community. He pretty much came up with the bigfoot forums on his own and it seems he just keeps doing more and more for us as time goes on. The Bipcasts are very well done and professional and my personal favourite is episode 3 with Rick Noll. The thing with the Bipcasts is that Bipto goes out into the field with different investigators each time (at least with the newer episodes) and a person gets to know a lot about certain researchers and different organizations and overall it is very informative. I also really enjoy his other podcast “the bigfoot show”. It is more of a debate style podcast and Scott Herriot seems to be the main cohost/debater, and the two of them together are hilarious. So if you haven’t given either show a try I definitely give them two thumbs up, best podcast out there. Cheers!

Good morning Cryptos…
I met Brian at the TBRC conference in October. I immediately complimented him regarding his quality interviews and commentary, the “Sasquatch on the Prairie” podcast is one of his best, they are all worth your time and very well done.
I was impressed with many of the fine folks, I met at last year’s TBRC conference.
Attending a major conference …worth the expense and effort.
Meeting quality researchers, fine people and friends of the “furry folks…priceless.
live and let live…

Nice.
Excellent podcast.
Brown has a very good thing going here.
I like the TBRC’s scientific and no-bs approach.
