Well heres the spookiest thing I have to offer! Should of I taken the shot??
Two hunters film a Big foot in remote Idaho wilderness.worldhuntinggroup
About Craig Woolheater
Co-founder of Cryptomundo in 2005.
I have appeared in or contributed to the following TV programs, documentaries and films:
OLN's Mysterious Encounters: "Caddo Critter", Southern Fried Bigfoot, Travel Channel's Weird Travels: "Bigfoot", History Channel's MonsterQuest: "Swamp Stalker", The Wild Man of the Navidad, Destination America's Monsters and Mysteries in America: Texas Terror - Lake Worth Monster, Animal Planet's Finding Bigfoot: Return to Boggy Creek and Beast of the Bayou.
Monkey Suit Joe! When did you get here?!
Guy in a Halloween costume. I get SO tired of these types of videos.
I guess the kid in the grim reaper costume saw that they had no candy to give and took off before they get to them. Black must be the new brown.
Just amazing. Very impressive on all counts. Great acting by the two hunters. The Academy Award should go to the music score and to the special effects department for their great Bigfoot suit.
looks fake, more likely a guy in a suit.
The guy’s S**t eating grin says it all. Oh, you have a TV show too? And for Jr. hunter, it is pronounced “foliage” not “foilage”:
Bad actors and worse monkey suit. I guess the elk weren’t biting that day.
Happy Halloween! Nice costume!
At least they tried to make their video clip realistic and entertaining. Their acting was pretty good for amatures. Good audio quality and pretty decent video quality, maybe too decent. Because that is also the flawed giveaway and reveal that it is a costume. Haven’t you guys learned from other YouTube videos? That is why you have to either go out of focus on your video or use a potato camera. The blurriness hides the costume and keeps the viewer wondering. But when you get a good shot of the costume, the story falls apart, no matter how good the acting and everything else was.
Nice try and enjoyed the attempt! Get that potato cam or at least have the guy in the costume not look directly into the camera. Maybe try shaking the camera because your video quality it too good. Next time shake the camera and have the guy in the costume move so we can not see the costume.
Does not look anything like a ape. Just a bad ape suit. I call shenanigans.
Is Animal Planet going to sign these guys next? 😉
Hoax. Everyone knows the hallmarks by now;
1. Music accompaniment added for important effect.
2. Camera views tantalizingly just out of clear view.
3. Frantic camera work once things get interesting (too close).
4. Bigfoot figure completely disappears from scene.
This effort does have realistic on-camera commentary which is a cut above the usual video of this kind. The figure’s mask hair line is plainly visible in the slow-motion replays later on in the video.
I also question the level of bravado of these hoaxers expect viewers to accept. certainly no hunter would rush after a large bear with a video camera.
OK effort but, we’ll know when a real hunter’s video becomes available because they will shoot the Bigfoot figure. And now that I suggested that scenario, someone is going to do it…with blanks.
On closer inspection that appears to be Darth Sidious, not Sasquatch.
The costume shops must be running low on Chewbacca masks; they’re becoming quite popular…
Its Tim Wells, He has a hunting show on TV and he likes to Joke around all the time, Heck the man in one episode was seen walking around in the desert in his TIGHTY WHITIES. Now how can you take him serious on this ???????? LOL
The guy with the lesser facial hair gives it away so many times. Their acting is better than most of the other fakes, but you can spot the suit a mile away.
Moronic.
Looked like a scream mask with a black hoodie. Happy Halloween!
Got.To.Be.Kidding.Me.
They would have been better off if they hadn’t given us the close-up near the end, because that gave me a gooooood look at the monkey mask–seen it before in Halloween shops.
I’ve often thought that us critiquing these hoax videos is the place where hoaxers can go to see what was done wrong and how to improve it to make a better fake video…still, they did some decent acting.
We need a body.
Yeah, sure.
“And the winner for best acting performance in a fake Bigfoot home video is…”
Gives me the creeps, fake or not.
cryptomundo… “where we post fake bigfoot videos each week”
shouldn’t you guys have some editorial process to weed out the OBVIOUS hoaxes?
wait.
That’d mean there wouldn’t be any bigfoot videos posted anymore.
quality folks.
this site is missing quality.
You people are so funny. LOL
Everything is a hoax!!! What are you afraid of? I think you’ve pre-determined that every piece of evidence has to be a hoax or misidentification and that’s it. What really makes me laugh is that you seem to think you know how people would react in that situation. Or you make assumptions about what Bigfoot would do in that circumstance, even though you don’t believe in them. I read those kind of comments on this site over and over again and that really is amusing.
You don’t go out in the field, do you? You don’t know anything about Bigfoot except what you’ve read or seen or heard form others and various sites and you believe none of it. Yet, you claim to know how it would react or how the people encountering them would react. LOL, LOL, LOL……
I had one push a tree over, for my consideration, eleven days ago. I must admit that I got a rush of adrenaline for about half a second, because it startled me. But then I walked in the direction of the Bigfoot and put a treat on a log for him. Although I couldn’t see him, I knew he was right there. This was only the third time I’ve had contact with this particular Bigfoot. Why did I walk right toward him? Because I’ve had it happen before. I’ve had enough encounters to know that it was telling me “I’m the bigboy of this valley and I’m suspicious of you, so you best behave” (Loose interpretation of the tree pushing). I countered with an offering of peace and friendship.
Now, tell me I’m full of it, so I can laugh some more. LOL
I forgot to mention that I’ve done my share of acting. In fact, I’m in a production that is about to start shooting in November. A murder mystery movie in which I play the tough, bad guy. Grrrrr.
If these guys are acting then they are damn impressive.
dconstrukt: I think you’re missing out on the humor. Craig clearly does not present these… um, videos… as “real evidence”. In the absence of real videos (and it’s gonna be a while, believe me), we have fun and jokes.
It’s also useful, as it keeps our skepticism well-honed. Keep ’em comin’, Craig!
Becho: No, this is fantastic news! I suppose you didn’t think to turn on a camera, did you?
Didn’t think so.
New, from Becho: “Bigfoot Ate My Camera!”
Hint to Becho: HIRE BETTER ACTORS than those guys.
My video camera was in my pocket. It is an Olympus LS-20M, good for both audio and video. When the tree was pushed down It stopped me in my tracks. I got a brief rush of adrenaline that turned immediately to elation, because I knew I had found another one. I pulled my camera out and pushed record. Unfortunately, I forgot to push record twice (You have to push it once and then adjust the volume, or not and then push the record button again).
He made sure that I didn’t see him. My idea was to record while I walked toward where he pushed the tree down and then put the recorder on a fallen log while I got a treat out for him. That way, maybe, the camera would see what I didn’t. I couldn’t tell which tree he had pushed down because there were several down in the area. He had pushed down most of the alders that were scattered among the hemlocks. I only knew the general area of the tree.
This is the way it goes, I was unprepared, but I don’t really care that much. I like the personal experiences that I have out there. I like the challenge of trying to habituate these very shy and illusive beings. The last thing I should consider is trying to convince you people. That would be a waste of time.
If I got some good video it would be wonderful, but it certainly wouldn’t convince you people. Your frozen belief systems couldn’t handle the truth.
I missed an opportunity and that is the way it goes. I still got a big rush and had a great smile when I got back to my rig. You have no idea how satisfying it is to know that I am learning about them, even if those lessons come in baby steps. They are magnificent and mysterious beings and I find them fascinating.
I feel sorry for you people. You sit on your couch all day and spend your time dis-respecting all of those (All hoaxes aside) who have discovered one of the great wonders of the world. Get up off of your couch and do something instead of trying to take down those of us who are.
You have no idea how difficult it is do what I and a handful of colleagues are doing. I can tell that by what you write on this site. The challenge is probably, one reason, why I am so drawn to it. I have never taken the easy road.
Becho says: “Or you make assumptions about what Bigfoot would do in that circumstance”
Becho says that BigFoot said: “I’m the bigboy of this valley and I’m suspicious of you, so you best behave”
Seems to me that Becho does some speech assuming, eh?

Don’t feel sorry for me, I don’t have a couch. What I do have is a small arsenal that may bag one of your “wonders of the world” if it just so happens to trespass on my property, man or beast. After all, I am the Big Boy of my valley and I don’t play the coexist game that your type does. Careful going over logs.
It would appear that “Walter White” has made tighty whities hip again. Thanks, but no thanks! They’ll forever be verboten to me.
Becho: You’re absolutely right: I have no idea.
G. de La Hoya: Whatever it is that Becho has, it would appear to be contagious.
