Top Gear Bigfoot

Is it just us, or does Matt LeBlanc’s explanation of why Bigfoot has never been caught… kind of… make sense?! 🤔 🐵

That may well be the most intelligent thing that’s ever come out of his mouth…
Yes, many times we hear that from hunters … except, many times we do not. On other occasions, we hear that people are overcome with a sort of supernatural dread. Then again, there are a few hunters who claim to have actually killed a Bigfoot, and certainly there were many more claims of hunters (or other men with rifles) killing a “wild man” or “booger” or whatever the local name was back in the 1800’s. It’s the same old problem: Bigfoot is everywhere — there are lots of witnesses — and at the same time, nowhere — aside from the P-G film, which has been analyzed to death by both sides, there are really no good photos or films, the best being a “maybe”; and Bigfoot is hard to find and harder to shoot now that such claims are investigated more thoroughly, but back when newspapers could get away with writing whatever they liked with few questions, any bunch of trigger-happy yahoos could easily hunt down a Bigfoot. The upshot is that the quantity of evidence is inversely proportional to its quality — not a good sign.
