Katy Elizabeth is chasing a monster. But “Champ”, the elusive cryptid of Lake Champlain, doesn’t really want to be found. So Katy, the self-described only full-time female cryptozoologist in the world, has to work hard to find him. She’s employed hydrophones, underwater cameras, and now even a drone, on her never-ending search for this elusive subsurface serpentine.

Being a proponent of Champ, I’m all for people keeping up the good search.

There have been many, many sightings, and a few interesting photos and videos.

More power to Katy and her crowd. One of these days I will take a vacation there and spend some hours and days doing my own investigating.
