In Alaska they have a cryptid “Hairy Man” that goes by many names. The Delta Discovery, a local publication owned by Native Alaskans has been chronically the Hairy Man stories since February 2013. We have selected our favorites and provided links to each story.

Is it possible that a 10th century historian could have documented a fierce battle between Vikings and Bigfoot? Ahmad ibn Fadlan was an Arab ambassador that was captured by Vikings during a diplomatic mission, the Vikings allowed him to chronicle their adventures and may have documented a battle with Bigfoot.

It’s official: Destination America has captured viewers’ attention with its monstrous new hit MOUNTAIN MONSTERS. While Devil Dogs and Wampus Beast may continue to prove elusive, record ratings for the series have not. On the heels of helping Destination America achieve its Best Week Ever in Prime across P/M 25-54, HH and P2+ delivery, MOUNTAIN MONSTERS has been picked up for a second season slated to premiere in early 2014.
