A mountain lion made a record-breaking 1,500 mile journey from South Dakota To Connecticut.
Animal experts mapped the journey with video sightings and trail-camera images.

There are many mysterious monsters dwelling in the lakes and rivers of the world, but the ones that really intrigue and terrify us are the ones that are purported to attack humans.
What sort of creature would, or could, kill 12 well armed samurai warriors? As bizarre as it may sound, there are other stories of river dwelling beasts attacking humans in Japan as well.

The body of a massive, bony creature was spotted in New York City’s East River and dragged onto a beach on the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge May 21. Onlookers assumed it was some sort of mutated animal and dubbed it “the East River monster.”
Marine biologists, however, knew immediately what they had on their hands.

On his evening commute, a Manhattan cyclist spied a strange beast at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. It had the scales of a fish, body of a serpent, head of a pit bull, and was the size of a large alligator.

The animal has “shown no fear of coming up close to the house,” he said, “and obviously you don’t want to have a concern that he’s there and all of a sudden the kids are in his range.” The family is keeping its pets indoors and young children nearby.

A snapshot of what is being called the “Morganza Snake” has been making it’s rounds on Facebook causing an uproar as people argue whether it is “real” or “fake.” We have heard from all the city and government officials that with the opening of the Morganza Spillway, that we may see animals (snakes, gators, bears, deer, hogs) in places that we don’t normally see them as they seek higher ground from the water pouring into areas designated to relieve the swelling Mississippi.
