East Texas Indie Feature needs your help!
The cast and crew of ‘Something in the Woods’ are in need of donations to purchase food for two weeks of filming in Jefferson, Texas. This is a feature length film and what makes this film uniuqe is that it is 1. inspired by a true story and 2. It’s PG. This is NOT a horror film. It is based on eye witness accounts of what happened to a family over the course of a weekend in the mid 1960s. We have the personnel, equipment, and ‘know how’ to create a great film but need help to feed the cast and crew on shoot days.
We are shooting for two weeks in and around Jefferson, Texas starting June 09. Thank your for your help and support in making this dream into a reality.

Wait a moment, “the true events about the legendary sasquatch that…” More baloney. Take out sasquatch and insert anything; Alien abduction, Mothman, Lizardman, Sheepsquatch, Travis Walton, Paul Bunyan etc. How about dropping the nonsense and try making a good film.
The Legend of Boggy Creek was filmed on Caddo. How will this be new and different? If you want my money, I need to know what makes this project special. “NOT a horror film” kind of sounds like “NO money for special effects.” Good luck!
