About Craig Woolheater
Co-founder of Cryptomundo in 2005.
I have appeared in or contributed to the following TV programs, documentaries and films:
OLN's Mysterious Encounters: "Caddo Critter", Southern Fried Bigfoot, Travel Channel's Weird Travels: "Bigfoot", History Channel's MonsterQuest: "Swamp Stalker", The Wild Man of the Navidad, Destination America's Monsters and Mysteries in America: Texas Terror - Lake Worth Monster, Animal Planet's Finding Bigfoot: Return to Boggy Creek and Beast of the Bayou.
I can’t wait to see what trap that won’t work they make for this episode.
I beg you Cryptomundo, please, PLEASE stop giving any credence to this show. I don’t even know how those guy can even pretend to do what they’re doing with a straight face. I’m embarrassed for them. This is the most pathetic show on TV.
No horns visible, looks like last week’s Woofman behind the tank, and rather unstrangely follows the pattern and duration of shot as last week. Well at least it appears they didn’t get their suit from Mr. Morris or Mr. Blevins….
How are we giving credence to the show? It’s entertainment, pure and simple. If it’s cryptid related, we report on it. If you don’t like the show, you don’t have to click on posted topics regarding the show. Only click on the topics you want to read. The burden is on you, not Cryptomundo.
Ah…but without all of us, there is no Cryptomundo.
By the way, there is no Sheepsquatch or anything else these ah – gentlemen – claim to be looking for.
I have mixed feelings on this. Craig you are absolutely correct with your response.
sgentry41 – I feel your opinions on the whole MOCKU-mentary stuff going on. Mermaids, Mountain Monsters…but it is TV. Hell, I’d even add ‘Finding Bigfoot’ to that list. But if folks keeps watching, the TV producers will keep producing.
Take it with a grain of salt, have a beer and watch the Cryptid shows in peace, real or not…..think about it ;p PEACE!
Could you please consider putting the words Mountain Monsters in the title so we don’t click on the links thinking they are real stories.
While we really enjoy reading this site, and realise real crypto news might be sparse some days, it seems more posts are about this show than anything else.
Kjak75,
Is it that much trouble to go back if you click on a story you don’t want to read?
These posts have a description in the extract that describes the show.
To Kjak’s credit, neither the post nor the description says anything about the tv show:
“Appalachian Hunter Has Video Evidence of the Sheepsquatch’s Existence

I think the problem here is that there are 3 posts on the front page dedicated to this particular Mountain Monsters episode. You are correct, we don’t have to click and read these articles, but the problem is that good articles worth reading get lost in the mix.
I understand that you’re posting crypto-related clips, and that’s great. Clips like this are good for a laugh. Heck, maybe posting these helps pay the bills, and I’m all for keeping the site up & running. However, maybe just throw “Mountain Monsters clip:” into the title or description, just so folks are aware.
I swear people will complain even if you hang them with a new rope, sheesh !!
