Reminder: Lake Worth Monster Bash Today

Today, October 4th, from 10 am to 2 pm, the Fort Worth Nature Center is celebrating the 45th anniversary Lake Worth Monster Bash.

Where: Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge
9601 Fossil Ridge Rd.
Fort Worth Texas 76135

When: Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What: Have fun learning about the Lake Worth Monster who appeared on the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge at Greer Island in 1969 through games, storytelling, live music and many other fun activities.

Cryptozoologist and author Lyle Blackburn will be giving a presentation on the history of the Lake Worth Monster at both 11am and 1pm in the Hardwicke Interpretive Center (visitor center).

Cryptomundo will be represented with a vendor table at the event.

Entrance:
$5.00 per adult (age 13 – 64)
$2.00 per child (age 3 – 12; under 3 free)
$3.00 per senior (age 65+)
*Some event attractions (hayrides & canoeing) will cost $5 per person.
All other activities will be free
