World Conference on Relict Hominoids Rescheduled, Again

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on May 19th, 2015

Per Dr. Jeff Meldrum:

I regret to announce that due to matters relating to the principal airline sponsors, it is necessary to push back the World Conference on Relict Hominoids to May 4-10, 2016 (with the Vic Falls side trip in front of the conference).

I apologize for whatever inconvenience this change creates for any of you. I hope your schedules permit you to re-calender and participate as originally anticipated.

One Response to “World Conference on Relict Hominoids Rescheduled, Again”

  1. Goodfoot responds:

On behalf of my dear, departed friend, Ralph Holmes, I am impelled to say this about using “calendar” as a verb: I don’t care what the dictionary says about this. If “to calendar” has become acceptable usage, then we will have “to kiosk”, “to bullet”, we actually have “to podium” and “to anniversary”.

The English language continually changes; we all accept “to google” (small g) “to text” and “to Facebook”, but some restraint is in order. Or else we’ll be saying “to action”, “to caveat”, and “to signature”.

    Don’t rendition me, bros!!
