Lake Superior or Gitchigumi (meaning Great Water or Great Lake) is a fresh water lake. It is 1,333 feet deep in places, with an average water temperature of 34 degrees F and is 350 miles long and up to 160 miles wide in parts. The lake is almost an inland sea. It is said to house a lake serpent ,Pressie, named after the Presque Isle River where one of the best sightings occurred.

An Italian geologist has claimed that sightings of Nessie in the dark waters of Loch Ness are the simply result of bubbles caused by geological forces.

My best buddy and I are teachers in Tennessee, who are both into Cryptozoology. With the school year ending, if we win these tickets, we plan to take a road trip to see the film. At the halfway point, we will take a detour to Fouke, Arkansas, to see where The Legend of Boggy Creek transpired.
