The new season of FINDING BIGFOOT premieres Sunday, January 3, from 9-11 PM (ET/PT), as Animal Planet’s curious cryptozoological team sets foot in new locations with modern technologies to progress the search.

After Hours concludes it’s interview with acclaimed cryptozoologist author, Loren Coleman. What is the fundamental problem with the Bigfoot world? Is it the media? Sensationalism? Backbiting? Using unknowns to explain the unknown? Is all of this attention on Bigfoot creating a “they vs us” problem? Loren Coleman addresses all of those questions. Dr. Ketchum’s DNA work, Dr. Johnson’s portals, Newsweek, and the History Channel’s recent “Bigfoot Captured” are also discussed. “Look at the data…” This cryptozoologist author tells it like it is!

Acclaimed Bigfoot/cryptozoology author, Loren Coleman has been in the Bigfoot world for over 50 years. He joins us on After Hours this week (in part 1 of his interview) covering his history with Bigfoot, his world famous International Cryptozoology Museum, and his thoughts on the Roger Patterson film. Is it real? A hoax? or a misidentification? He tells you what to look for when you examine the infamous Bigfoot Patterson Gimlin film. Is he pro kill of Sasquatch?

Guest host Connie Willis was joined, for the full program, by James “Bobo” Fay of Finding Bigfoot fame for a discussion on his Bigfoot research and the quest to find the elusive creature. Noting that the Bigfoot appears to possess a cranium at least as large as a human, Fay surmised that the creature must have some kind of advanced intelligence which it uses to avoid being caught. “They’re not writing symphonies and building suspension bridges,” he mused, “all their brain power goes into evading humans and feeding themselves.” He also suggested that Bigfoot may be able to sense the electromagnetic field emitted from game cameras and, thus, are able to circumvent the equipment used by researchers hoping for a serendipitous photograph of the creature.

Mark and Seth return! This time they bring along Shannon Legro and Clint Granberry to discuss the Bigfoot in the Lone Star State. Shannon is, of course, the host of Into the Fray, her new show that covers all aspects of unusual phenomena. Clint is a radio professional and host of OK Talk Show, a podcast that occasionally delves into the unusual. He’s also based out of Texas sooo… kinda made sense to have him on.
Together they talk about some of the unusual cases out of Texas such as the Lake Worth Monster and this one BFRO case that involved a minister preaching to a Bigfoot. Fascinating. Simply fascinating…

Mark and Seth return to catch us up on what they’ve been doing. Seth just returned from the home of the legendary Fouke Monster, Fouke Arkansas. He talks about his experiences in the land that bred The Legend of Boggy Creek, his time at the Boggy Creek Festival and his brush with a neighbor blowing leaves into his yard…

This week Mark and Seth sat down with Scott Herriott. Scott was a co-host on the now-defunct Bigfoot Show and was a staple in the Bigfoot community. Lately, he’s taking new roads as a full-time hiker and filmmaker. We talked about his experiences in the world of “super-indie-filmmaking” and his views on the Bigfoot world.
