A Weird Weekend: Looming!

Posted by: Nick Redfern on August 13th, 2012

Don’t forget: if you’re in the UK this coming week and are into Cryptozoology, next Friday the Center for Fortean Zoology’s annual Weird Weekend events begins in the Devonshire, England village of Woolfardisworthy.

So, don’t miss three days of monstrous fun and entertainment!

There’s a great line-up of speakers, plenty of things to do, numerous stalls where you can buy books, t-shirts and more, a cool lecture theater, and much, much more.

Here’s the link where you can find all the data on location, times, speaker-list, and just about all you’ll need for a great time at the Weird Weekend!

It would have to be taking place in the back of beyond. It’s not an easy place to get to at all, especially if you rely on public transport. One of the black holes of England as far as accessibility.

Kopite- not sure where you are coming from ? but you should have put a request up for a lift here and on cfz. we are hopefully going there from London.

    marcodufour,

    Hi,

I’m on the Isle of Wight. I decided it was waaaaaaaay to much trouble to get to so I decided not to go.

Thanks anyway. Cheers man. Enjoy the weekend.
