Meldrum and Mionczynski: Scientists Seriously Seeking Sasquatch

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on October 28th, 2010

Mionczynski has worked as a government wildlife technician and as a consultant and instructor. Habitat studies are his expertise, and he has extensively researched both grizzlies and bighorn sheep. He has worked with the Interagency Grizzly Bear Study Team and developed the concept of goat packing to transport scientific equipment into remote research areas.

Meldrum is an associate professor of anatomy and anthropology at Idaho State University. He is an expert on primate evolutionary biology, the evolution of human locomotor adaption and bipedalism, the way in which we walk on two feet. He co-edited the book “From Biped to Strider: the Emergence of Modern Human Walking, Running, and Resource Transport.”

Update: New Russian Scientific Bigfoot Expedition

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on October 12th, 2010

The expedition’s members claim that the forest fires of this extremely hot summer made Altai yetis move to the Kuzbass region, where they have started a “war” with local bears.

Dr. Jeff Meldrum: In Search of Bigfoot

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on October 7th, 2010

Dr. Jeff Meldrum

Interesting article from the ISU Bengal, the independent voice of the ISU community, about Dr. Jeff Meldrum’s Sasquatch Research.

I was in last weekend in Honobia, OK for the Honobia Bigfoot Conference.

One of many discussions last weekend had to do with the backlash on the ISU campus from Martin Hackworth, a senior lecturer in the physics department, who has opposed Meldrum’s Bigfoot Research in the past.

It seems that things have changed on campus due to faculty and staff replacements and Jeff is no longer facing the opposition that he endured in the past.

New Sasquatch Artwork

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on September 21st, 2010

Unexpected Roadblock

Canadian artist Brian Cundle has created some really nice Sasquatch/Bigfoot artwork that is available rather inexpensively directly from the artist.

The available artwork includes Bart Cutino’s Thermal Imaging Poster that he recently commissioned Brian to do for him. Bart has given him permission to sell it to the general public since he believes there may be many out there that would like to have a copy of his unique one of a kind thermal image sighting.

Images and ordering information here.

The Ichnological Evidence For ABSMs

Posted by: Loren Coleman on December 14th, 2009

The study of tracks of all kinds forms a science of its own with a sound methodology. How can what was formerly learned about Sasquatch, Yeti, and other unknown hominoids’ tracks enhance future cryptozoology and hominology?
