Update: Rob Riggs, author of In The Big Thicket: On The Trail of the Wild Man, Weird Texas and Bigfoot: Exploring the Myth & Discovering the Truth has been added to the speaker lineup!
The Original Texas Bigfoot Conference returns to Jefferson, TX. Established in 2001 as the original annual Bigfoot Conference in Texas by the Texas Bigfoot Research Center. Craig Woolheater, Monica Rawlins and Gino Napoli bring back the event on Texas Bigfoot Weekend as proclaimed on October 15, 2005 by the mayor of the City of Jefferson, TX. The third weekend in Jefferson is proclaimed as Texas Bigfoot Weekend.
The event takes place on October 18, 2014 and will be held at the Jefferson Transportation and Visitors Center.
The daylong event takes place from 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday, with a VIP catered BBQ dinner and movie screening from 6 to 10 PM that night.
