Bob Gimlin is wise, as well as kind. Every time I hang out with the dude, I appreciate him even more. Here I am (above) at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center with Bob in early 2014, where he gave a brilliant account of his experience with Roger Patterson at the time the famous bigfoot footage of “Patty” was taken.

One Race, Many “Reservations”

Posted by: Kirk Sigurdson on May 15th, 2014

In the eyes of Native Americans that I grew up with in rural Oregon, we are all living on a reservation of sorts, even though the psychological borders and fences tend to escape our attention. If we can’t see the forest for the trees, how are we supposed to see the prison for the bars?

Is Bigfoot a Kaiju of Sorts?

With the new release of the film, Godzilla, coming out this week, I thought I would entertain the question of whether or not bigfoot is a type of “kaiju.”

Most people think kaiju must of necessity be huge in size. Not so. Daikaiju fit into this category, but the word kaiju simply means “strange creature” in Japanese. The more popular translation of kaiju in the English language is “monster.

Sasquatch Infrasound: Logistics & Deployment

Posted by: Kirk Sigurdson on May 6th, 2014

Native American totem poles and other artwork, such as masks and statuary, could symbolically depict sasquatch defensive and offensive infrasound “blasting,” which is interpreted by most anthropologists as mere whistling.

Could these works of art symbolically represent the way sasquatches wield powerful weapons by emitting ultra low frequencies that help them communicate with each other, hunt wild game like deer and elk, as well as discouraging human contact? I certainly think so.

Are the Paracas Skulls Sasquatch?

Posted by: Kirk Sigurdson on February 12th, 2014

NephSkull

DNA tests have recently been conducted on a very unusual skull, which was discovered in Paracas, Peru. According to Brien Foerster, it has “mtDNA with mutations unknown in any human, primate, or animal so far known. The cranial volume is up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than human skulls… [and] it contains only one parietal plate, rather than two.”

Do Sasquatches Wield “Sound Cannons?”

Posted by: Kirk Sigurdson on January 3rd, 2014

It has come to my attention over the past ten years of bigfooting that squatches use very low frequencies (below the range of human hearing) to hunt game, communicate with each other over long distances, and also to stun humans that encroach on their territory.
