Hunt For The Yeti: Out of Thin Air

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on October 19th, 2016

Expedition Unknown: Hunt For The Yeti – “Out of Thin Air” premieres tonight on the Travel Channel at 8:00 PM Central.

The hunt for the Yeti continues as Josh Gates’ quest takes him from the frozen slopes of Mount Everest to the isolated forests of Bhutan, where Josh uses bait to force a more personal encounter with the creature.

Join Josh Gates as he sets off on a quest to find the Yeti, a legendary man-ape living in the high altitude of the Himalayas. During this mother of all hunting expeditions, Josh meets with world-renowned researchers and daring explorers as he follows up on history’s most credible accounts, gains access to ancient artifacts and investigates the most recent sightings of the so-called Abominable Snowman.

awesome show… the scenery is breathtaking… and its very cool… you’re almost there “with” him…

for me… looking at things… then I go to google maps to see where the town is in the map… I’ve noticed something…

i think these things… if they are real… are maybe living in or getting food from these lush forests… and they seem to cross over from forest to forest or something… and maybe they’re seen as they cross from one to the other.

for me that seems to be the most likely explanation?

bhutan has a HUGE forest area too…. same for nepal west of where the guy had found the “hand”….
