The life of a cryptozoologist doesn’t just resolve around quests to find Bigfoot, lake-monsters, the Chupacabras, the Abominable Snowman, or sea-serpents. Sometimes, it involves a search for known animals seen in locations in which they have no business hanging out.

A new Yeti resort in Siberia is to be opened to encourage tourists to find the elusive Abominable Snowman
The development is in an area of the world that claims to have one of the highest number of sightings of a legendary creature also known as Bigfoot.

Today in Bigfoot History…On the 21st of January, 1879, a man and his horse were attacked by a Man-Monkey. Chronicled in a 600-page book published way back in 1883.

Sometimes we forget the term Bigfoot was only coined popularly after 1958. Prior to then, he/she was known as the wildman. The “wildman” was described with all the Bigfoot characteristics we have become familiar with.
