Fernando Reza, a graphic artist and designer based in Los Angeles, made a bunch of really cool retro travel posters for a bunch of locations based on the mythical beasts or cryptids who reside there, at least according to legend. Scotland’s poster has the Loch Ness Monster on it, Manhattan’s has giant sewer alligators, and so on. His designs are honestly way better and more visually appealing than the boring stock photography used on most legitimate travel posters. In the Scottish Highlands is a mystery that has intrigued the world for generations: the Loch Ness monster; real or just a local fable, preserved to lure in the tourist dollar? One man, Nessie hunter Steve Feltham, is a believer – so much so he left his job, house, and girlfriend to dedicate his life to proving the creature’s existence. Steve Feltham lives in a caravan on the shore of Loch Ness, and makes clay figurines of Nessie to help fund his dream.

The Finding Bigfoot team travels to an apple orchard in Vermont to investigate a photo of what may be a sasquatch carrying her baby. With reports throughout the Adirondack Corridor, they take to the forest in hopes of finding evidence themselves.

The “Big Reel One” film footage was bequeathed to Mike Rugg and the Bigfoot Discovery Museum in the spring of this year by the family of the person Roger had given it to before his death. This is the film that Roger and Al DeAtley used to introduce the “Patty” footage we are familiar with today, as they toured the country in the late sixties and early 70’s to raise money to further their research and fund their business plans. This film would be shown at local theaters and event halls to generate interest and donations, then the footage of Patty walking along Bluff Creek would be shown.
