The team travels to the Jemez Mountains in New Mexico to investigate a thermal image video of a possible bigfoot. With sightings in and around the vast Valles Caldera National Park, the team narrows down their search by using a hot air balloon.

Over at my World of Whatever blog, I have a new post that addresses one of the stranger “British Bigfoot” controversies ever to have surfaced. The creature at the heart of the saga became known as the “Beast of Bolam” (after the location: Bolam Lake Country Park, which is located in Northumberland, England), and briefly provoked massive interest at a local level and within British Fortean and cryptozoological circles.

Mysterious giant tracks appeared overnight on Friday (December 14) on Koh Mai Pai (Bamboo Island, just north of Phi Phi), emerging from the forest, going through the local school and then into the sea, leaving students, parents and teachers worrying that they were made by some enormous serpent.
