Territorial Behavior

Bailey Rhodes, a survival instructor with over ten-years of outdoors experience, ventures into a remote area of Montana to shoot a tutorial video. There, he comes to the malicious attentions of some violent poachers, who seem to take issue with his presence there. Rhodes becomes embroiled in a desperate life or death struggle in which he discovers that the reality of survival is very different to what he’s been teaching in the classroom. Worse, he realizes there may be an even more malevolent force than these crazed hunters, lurking out there in the wilderness.

Last Call for Small Town Monsters Mothman and Kecksburg Kickstarter

The Mothman of Point Pleasant details a thirteen month span of time that kicked off in November of 1966 with the first sightings of a bizarre, winged, man-like creature in the small town of Point Pleasant, West Virginia and ended in 1967 with the collapse of the Silver Bridge. The film takes an in-depth chronological look at the case. Featuring numerous interviews with original witnesses, film promises to be a thoroughly terrifying account of an event that stretched the boundaries of belief. The film will have its big-screen premiere at the Mothman Festival this September.

The Mothman of Point Pleasant Is Revealed

The Mothman of Point Pleasant will tell the truly bizarre story of thirteen months that changed the town of Point Pleasant forever. It promises the first in-depth, chronological look at not just the Mothman-creature encounters but all of the unusual activity which took place around the town and seemed to culminate with the collapse of the Silver Bridge. The Silver Bridge incident claimed the lives of 46 people in 1967, an event which still affects the community to this day.

The Mothman of Point Pleasant Kickstater Launches Tonight

Tonight at 7pm EST, the Kickstarter campaign to fund the production of the next two Small Town Monsters films will kick off. A slew of rewards are already set for backers including a Mothman t-shirt and poster by Sam Shearon, a Small Town Monsters poster by Matt Harris (featuring the titular monsters of the first four STM films) DVD copies of both “Mothman” and a fifth STM film titled, Invasion on Chestnut Ridge. There are also collectibles in the form of a Madballs-style Mothman head courtesy of toyline, Cryptorbs, and a Mothman statue designed and sculpted by Jean St Jean and put out by CreatuReplica. You can also get your name in the credits of both films or, for high level backers, get an executive producer credit.

Boggy Creek Monster: The Truth Behind The Legend

A new film chronicling the frightening history of the Bigfoot-like “Fouke Monster of Boggy Creek” is headed to screens this November. A new trailer has just been released for the feature-length, documentary, featuring a slew of dramatic imagery that gives insight into the look and tone. The film is titled Boggy Creek Monster and is the third in a series called Small Town Monsters.
