Tourism Harrison Hot Springs and the Sts:ailes nation are jointly presenting Sasquatch Days on June 7th and 8th. The activities are just too many for me to detail here, but you can look at the link to peruse all the attractions that are part of this festival. I do want to give a shout out to my really good friends and sasquatch bros Thomas Steenburg and Bill Miller who will have a booth and be making presentations. They are both really approachable and enjoy talking to anyone about the ‘Squatch. Pay them a vist and you won’t be disappointed.

When I grew up I was rebellious and wanted to be anything but the establishment. Still do. There is that streak in me that doesn’t feel comfortable with straight stuff. I am a longhaired old hippy minus the drugs so sometimes in life things happen that you just can’t fathom.
A few months ago a hipster magazine published an article about myself, Paula and friends of ours here in BC who are sasquatch aficionados. I never in a month of Sundays thought that Readers Digest would buy the story from the author and republish it in their monthly publication.

This is the exhibit I was down in Yakima to see. The opening reception was spectacular and the exhibit itself was just beautifully put together. Bob Gimlin, Thomas Steenburg, Barry Blount, Chris Murphy and I thought the exhibit was put together in the most interesting manner ever. It’s well worth seeing.

Long-time sasquatch researcher and friend, Chris Murphy has recently built a virtual museum exhibition on the Sasquatch Canada website. As always, Chris has supplied excellent information and rare photographs and documents for our enjoyment.
Much of the information and archive photographs came directly from the godfather of modern bigfooting himself, John Green. Of particular interest to many will be John’s photographs from Blue Creek Mountain track event, as well as many significant footprints in the ground before they were cast. These include the Skeena River prints, Onion Mountain print, Hyampom print, and Cripple Foot prints.
Besides the prints, there are archives on the topic of bigfoot vocalizations, the Skookum Cast, Native tales, hand prints, the Patterson/Gimlin Film, and others. For any bigfooter, the website is a treasure trove of historical archives.
